Spaces for Genuine Connection and Understanding
At RISE, we know that meaningful conversations can lead to powerful change.
We specialize in facilitating discussions that matter—whether it’s within Indigenous communities, across cultures, or among stakeholders looking to collaborate. Our approach to community engagement is rooted in respect, authenticity, and a commitment to fostering genuine connections. We create spaces where every voice is heard, every story is valued, and every participant feels empowered to contribute.
With deep roots in Atlantic Canada and a passion for community-driven change, we bring a wealth of experience in planning, facilitating, and managing community and cross-cultural engagements. Our work goes beyond facilitating discussions; it’s about building trust, understanding, and lasting relationships that drive progress.
We facilitate meaningful conversations and foster community engagement, respecting cultural authenticity and promoting cross-cultural understanding.

Noelle and the team at Rise Consulting helped plan and coordinate our gathering of 300 people from the 13 First Nations communities across Nova Scotia in the fall of 2022. Their team was involved in all aspects of our 1.5 day event, from developing collateral materials, registration, liaison with vendors, day-of activities, to evaluation – all under an extremely tight 1.5 month timeline.
Our event was a tremendous success, with many participants commenting on how well-organized it was. This was due in large part to RISE. I absolutely recommend Noelle and her team for event planning. They were always calm, professional, responsive, adaptable, and fun to work with. I look forward to working with them again soon.”
